WebService DataExpert®

Process communication

Only IGH members can provide a DataExpert®WebService for their customers. All customers of IGH members can then communicate online with their suppliers directly from their processing applications. Processes used are ikk (individual customer conditions), offers, orders up to invoices.

Communication with WebServices

Electronic communication between suppliers and customers takes place directly via DataExpert®. DataExpert® takes over – in the sense of an “electronic postman” – the standardised transport of process data between the customers of the IGH members (installer – dealer – manufacturer).

DataExpert® checks the data structure and data formats according to precisely specified rules on the part of the client and also ensures the correct transmission of the process data. Before transmission, DataExpert® checks whether both the sender and the recipient agree to an exchange or are authorised to do so.

The integration of the process data (enquiries, offers, orders, etc.) into the user applications (ERP) must be realised by the respective partners or by the programme providers.

B2B process exchange

For interested IGH members, IGH arranges a V-Server with a partner provider. This only incurs low installation costs and a monthly user fee.
