FAQ about online processes

This depends on the application you are using.

Many programme providers have at least implemented ikk (individual customer conditions). Various software houses also enable the exchange of orders, order confirmations or quotations.

Please ask your software provider directly.

You must be logged in to DataSelect.ch in order to place orders. After selecting the desired articles and saving them in a project, orders can be triggered to providers who allow direct orders (with these IGH members you can order directly via web application). A copy of each triggered order is automatically sent to your own e-mail address. You can also forward this order to members who do not allow automatic ordering online.
